2010 World Cup Radial Bracket by Hyperakt
July 4th, 2010

Gorgeous World Cup 2010 poster by studio Hyperakt, which they e-mailed me about recently. Find out how to get a copy here.
Oddly enough, all four teams on the inner-circle were knocked out over the weekend. I assume they’ll fix that 0/4 prediction before these go to print. (Come on guys, you blew it! Just kidding, this project is amazing and I hope I grab one before they’re gone.)
P.S. I’m throwing my support behind Germany now that Argentina has been knocked out.
The Bare Essentials by Gridlondon
May 10th, 2010

Aswhin Patel aka Gridlondon contacted me about featuring this self-initiated project based on the stereotypical ‘must haves’ of the graphic designer (from mindset and values, to tools and appliances). I really love the sharp & minimal approach to his work. The concept and attention paid to details alone, really help to pull off this fine piece of work.
Do him a favor and glance through his portfolio website, or click here if you’re interested in purchasing one for your self.
Dada Poster by Alex Ketzer

This Dada poster by German graphic designer Alex Ketzer aka RockedBuero is pretty impressive. On his Indexhibit portfolio, he says he loves designing for all kinds of printed matter. After a few glances at his work, you’ll realize just how much he really means it.

Happy No. 26 by Ron Lewhorn
December 21st, 2009

I thought this was a really beautifully done poster, even if it was designed for something as simple as a birthday party and housewarming. Some other gorgeous work can be found at Ron Lewhorn’s Cargo portfolio.

I’d love to have me one of these. Oblique typeface, oblique substrate. Cool.
